Terms of Service

“Print Your Wraps” is a service operated by Identity Graphx LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Utah limited liability company located at 2181 W California Ave Suite 100, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. By placing an order on printyourwraps.com, you agree to these Terms.

Print Your Wraps is a print-and-ship-only service. We design, manufacture, and ship custom vehicle wraps. We do not install wraps. Install is your responsibility — we recommend using a 3M or Avery certified installer.

To produce a wrap that fits your vehicle, we require:

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Year, make, and model
• Clear photos of your actual vehicle from four angles

You warrant that this information is accurate and that the photos are of the vehicle the wrap is being printed for. If you submit inaccurate or missing information, we are not responsible for fit issues that result.

You may upload your own AI-generated wrap mockup or generate one using our designer tool. Our design team will clean up the mockup into a print-ready, panel-aware file. Before printing, we will send you a final proof for approval.

Once you approve the proof, production starts and the design is locked. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully — colors, text, layout, vehicle template, everything.

Prices listed at checkout are final at the time of payment. Payment is required in full before production. We accept standard credit cards and pay-over-time financing through Stripe partners (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay). Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on shipping address.

Most orders ship 5–10 business days after final design approval. Panels are rolled on a 3-inch core, boxed, and shipped insured to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Custom-printed wraps are non-refundable. We will reprint at no charge for our errors, print defects, and transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our full Returns & Reprints policy for details. The returns policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for installing the wrap, or arranging for installation by a qualified third-party installer. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to the wrap caused during install
• Damage to your vehicle caused during install or removal
• Disputes between you and your installer
• Wrap durability when installed on improperly prepared surfaces (oxidized paint, aftermarket wax, body filler, etc.)

We print on premium cast vinyl (3M IJ180 or Avery MPI 1105 series) with matched laminate, both rated by the manufacturer for 5–7 year outdoor durability when properly installed on a clean, properly-prepped surface. The manufacturer warranty applies; we pass that through as-is. We do not provide an additional warranty beyond the reprint policy in Section 7.

You retain ownership of any brand assets, logos, or imagery you provide. By uploading them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to fulfill your order. You warrant that you have the right to use any uploaded artwork. You are responsible for not infringing third-party trademarks or copyrights in your design.

The print-ready files we produce remain our work product. We may use anonymized images of finished wraps in our marketing unless you explicitly opt out in writing before approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost business, lost vehicle use, or install costs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you placed your order governs your order. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
